"I have stayed in many very good hotels but this was possibly the best Hotel that I have stayed in, although the outside of the building is rather bland compared to say the Mandarin Oriental, or the Old Cataract in Aswan, the inside is perfect along with wonderful staff and service, plus for a Japanese hotel the rooms are very big, highly recommended."

"I stayed at Nagoya Tokyu Hotel and found it enjoyable and comfortable. My room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were consistently professional and courteous, interactions were efficient without feeling impersonal, which made routine tasks (check-in/out, enquiries) straightforward. Provided breakfast offered a genuinely useful range: Japanese breakfast option, or buffet choices that gave me real variety each morning and allowed for different dietary preferences. Overall the hotel delivered a classy and luxurious experience, and I’d recommend it for travellers who value clean rooms, competent service, and a practical breakfast offering. 😃😃😃"
