Excellent view of city and Mt Fuji from our room. Buffet breakfast (paid) was good and fresh with decent variety. Staff was attentive and friendly. "We had a great view of Tokyo! The hotel is right next door to Shinagawa station so accessing all of Tokyo and Japan was so convenient with our JR Pass. The breakfast buffet was very busy but never ran out of food and the staff were amazing. We didn’t explore the hotel much but there is a lot to do without leaving the hotel, numerous restaurants, dolphin show, bakery, etc. etc. It’s was a great base for all our travels and we’d highly recommend staying here! "
