"Nice setting. Great value. Clean room, though carpet quite stained. Soundproofing between motel rooms not great. Lighting in room could be better. Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Generous breakfast available and much appreciated 👏"

"Very good central location close to clubs & shops. Large room with comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Bathroom in need of a deeper clean, some minor tile repairs and a soap dish in the shower but good hot water and water pressure and generally acceptable overall. Bathroom sink needs a note warning that the hot water gets very hot very quickly in case of a child using it and possibly getting burnt. Overall we had a nice comfortable stay."

"We love staying at this lovely old hotel which was very charming even though a bit rundown. The beds, bedding and bathroom facilities were excellent. I would love to stay here again."

"Had a wonderful 2 night stay here. Bed really comfortable. The kitchenette in our suite was well equipped. Gardens beautifully maintained, pity it wasn’t the weather for sitting in. Husband borrowed a bike/helmet. Close enough to walk to town and brewery."
