"The property was nice. We were there right after a major storm that impacted the entire area. The property management team was fabulous- and very professional. There was exterior damage (gutters, fascia boards were missing), but they never let that affect us. I’ve worked with Dan and his team before; I always feel assured if I have a question or issue he will respond quickly and professionally."

"This house was amazing and our large family enjoyed all of the variety of amenities. The dock area was by the far the best dock we have had but I fortunately there was no cleats to tie up the boat we rented and had to make due with some long ropes, buoys and items we brought with us . The downstairs has lots of beds but it was shared with only two bathrooms. Some of the dressers were not in the best of shape. The two master bedrooms upstairs were incredible. Overall it was a great lake trip and we would stay in this house again."

"The location of the property is great. The house is comfortable and there was plenty of room. My only issue was the cleanliness. I think they would be better off getting a different cleaning crew. The outside of the property was in rough shape. Cobwebs on all doors and windows. Grass was cut but the cut grass was on all sidewalks and porch. We spent more than an hour cleaning off the deck so we could spend time out there. The blackstone grill was great although it needed a good cleaning. The view from the dock was spectacular. Would rent there again. But check on your cleaning crew. You aren’t getting your moneys worth"

"This property was super convenient for us. Walking to lake Anna tap room and the creamery/coffee shop. Also other choices Vito’s and a Crab place. The house had all that we needed and was clean. Wish we could have solved the remote not pairing to the tv and the one in the main bedroom not working. Just a checkout list would be helpful as well."
Charming lakefront retreat with game room and covered dock access

"This property was nice and worked well for our family that included 3 small children they enjoyed the game room and a TV in every room. The house was very clean and close to the lake. The covered boat dock was convenient to the condo and such a nice addition to keep your boat on the property. The only complaint we had was when we got the information for check in and out, they stated trash would be picked up. But upon arrival on the fridge there was a notice stating that trash had to be taken to the recycle area in Mineral down the road over 3 miles away. When you are cleaning up to leave there is always some trash and having to take it with you or go to the dump again. I just think this information needs to be clear in the rental agreement."
