「The carpet in the bedroom and rugs throughout are absolutely filthy. I wore shoes the whole time I was there. The washer and dryer work well, but aren't vented to the outside, so the tiny closet is full of old lint, and multiple upper walls in the apartment have lint on them. There are cracks on almost every wall, along with badly repaired spots painted in a different shade. There are mysterious stains on the walls in the bathroom. 「Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. 」

「Location, Location, Location. Restaurants, Shopping, churches, and car repair are all close by.The room was clean. Access and exit were easy and close (no stairs to get to the room).Communication with the host was great.The only downside is that if you have limited mobility, getting in and out of the shower /tub could be difficult.」

「Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! 「It was located in a very interesting area (Cherokee Street/Antiques Row) and was near many St. Louis attractions. The loft apartment was was really cozy, small, and nicely decorated. Very unique and creative! In my opinion, it would be ideal for an adult couple; the stairs to the loft bedroom area would be a challenge for some. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and supplies. The private parking area behind the apartment was just right. The bathroom sink was rather small, but...

「Very spacious apartment, honestly nicer than we expected from the listing. We were only in town for two nights but I would have loved to stay longer. The bathroom could maybe use some work but she has personality and does the job so I have no real complaints. Parking was a dream. Host was easily reachable, but I honestly didn't need to utilize that as everything was set up so well. Will absolutely be keeping in mind for any future visits to St. Louis. 」
