「We loved our stay at the Loch Ness Lodge! The whole experience was lifted to the next level by the excellent 5 star service we received from start to finish. The gentleman running the hotel was wonderful at explaining sights in the area, booking a restaurant, and giving us some great explanations about local whiskeys and how to appreciate whiskey for first-timers. The hotel felt very premium yet still cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.」

L'espace cuisine communs aux autres voyageurs est très bien équipé. Le receptionniste est très gentil et arrangeant. Excellent séjour. Je reviendrai ici」

「Very friendly and helpful. Lovely little cottages, well supplied. Only complaint is that there were only feather duvets on all of the beds, and I am allergic so had no blanket to sleep with, and used the shawl I had brought along. 」

「Lovely clean cabin in a great little spot with easy walking to the village and Plockton. The welcome pack was full of good information; particularly liked the local walking information. Also thought it was great value for money. 」

「What a magical place! We absolutely loved it!」

「The only problem was that we did not want to leave—an excellent place to stay. Leslie was wonderful, wish we met in person. 」

「This large property is located in the heart of some amazing coastal sea paddling in Caithness. Massive sea cliffs, caves, arches, and sea birds just go on and on. This property allowed us to be all together, plenty of room for cooking, eating together and sleeping. Great views for after paddling cheer.」

「We had an excellent stay here, facilities first class and location perfectly suited our needs. The rooms were spacious and comfy, and the garden is large and non-overlooked (aside from the odd walker in the woodlands above). Would highly recommend! 」

「This was our first visit to the Tower but not to Ardnamurchan. Everything about it was perfect, except that on this occasion our stay wasn’t long enough! Very welcoming owners, everything spotless and beautifully decorated, and even a sunny balcony with view to Loch Sunart over the tree tops. Loads to do in the area so the Tower is a perfect base. 」

"一向對此品牌有信心，早前於Exeter，或更早於Maldives的都感覺良好，但今次的體驗實在太差了！此酒店地點非常之方便，就在high street 的未端，但對面就是酒吧和餐廳，昨晚酒吧的音樂根本令人不能入睡，到前台找經理投訴卻沒有回應，職員只說噪音問題一直存在，一直都有客人投訴！說實在的，這次Scotland旅程，這一晚酒店房間的價格是最貴的，但真是想不到貴左那裡，被安排住在一樓，當然入住時不知道還有噪音問題，面向的是城市景觀，到今早早餐時的餐廳，面向Loch Ness 河/湖景觀才醒覺預期入住和享受的體驗是完全沒有體會得到。這樣的價錢，房間只屬一般，服務方面，昨晚投訴了，都沒有什麼回應，只說如果要換只有普通的房間，酒吧的噪音會持續到三點，但當時已經是凌晨一點。這次體驗真的沒有很差，只有更差！ I have always trusted this brand with good experiences in Exeter and the Maldives, but this stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel location is convenient, but the bar across the street played loud music until 3 am, making it impossible to sleep. Staff admitted this has always been a problem, and there was no effective response when I complained at 1 am. This was the most expensive night of my Scotland trip, yet the room was average, and I did not get the quiet, comfortable stay I paid for. I only realized in the morning that the experience I expected was completely missing. Given the sleepless night and lack of proper service recovery, I am requesting a refund for this stay."
