Guests will have full and private access to the entire cabin and its grounds. This includes all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, the living area, kitchen, game room, wraparound deck, hot tub, and fire pit area. Check-in is simple and convenient with our secure keypad entry system, allowing for flexible arrival times without the need for an in-person key exchange.

Pre-Arrival Form: For your security and to ensure a smooth check-in, you will be required to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental conditions prior to your stay.

Exterior Security: For your safety, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property and monitor outdoor areas.

Hot Tub Usage: Please use the hot tub responsibly. An additional cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if the hot tub is left excessively dirty, misused, or contaminated in a way that requires it to be drained and professionally deep cleaned.

Strict Pet Policy Enforcement: For the health and safety of all our guests, and to comply with regulations, we maintain a strict no-pet policy. This includes emotional support and service animals for tenants. In the event a guest brings a pet, a non-refundable fee of $750 per pet will be charged to the credit card on file, in addition to any charges for stains or damages.
