Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Under section "Important Information you Need to Know" they should include that someone resides in the cottage with you during your stay. I would think that would be important information you need to know. I cancelled a day before after learning this and attempted a full refund which they denied.
