“We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. “Most hotels have a complimentary breakfast, this did not, which was unfortunate. The staff was friendly and helpful, the service was excellent. The room was pristine. A cookie is only offered to the Platinum or gold guests. That is also unfortunate. I'm going to the DoubleTree next week in Pittsburgh. I will be able to make my determination about future accommodations accordingly.”
