"Property has a great view and location. Host was very friendly and accommodating. However the property advertised a hot tub which was one of the reasons we booked but the hot tub was the jacuzzi tub in the master suite. The pots and pans were not in great shape, we didn’t even use them. Lastly, on the surface the place was clean but if you looked closer, it could do with a deep clean."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to the harbor and downtown Victoria, but was on a street that gave a quiet neighborhood feel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. We were able to purchase tickets to a local attraction at the front desk. The hotel offered a very good complementary breakfast. We were able to walk to many of the things we wanted in the downtown area."
