“Clean room, great staff, great breakfast and best location!!”

“Hyatt Westlands: Great Staff and a Convenient Base I had a really good stay at the Hyatt Westlands. The standout was the staff, who were helpful and friendly from check-in to checkout and were always happy to assist with any request. The location is excellent, well placed for getting around and with plenty of options close by, which made the whole stay easy and stress-free. The gym was another highlight. It was well equipped and a great way to keep up my routine while travelling. Overall,……

“hotel is great! staff is friendly and rooms are great. Just a thought that they should have a shuttle service to areas within 3km or something like that as most of the 5 stars hotel in the world have that when it is in a traffic inconvenience area”

“Safe Walking distance to ,two shopping malls . Restaurant was great meals pretty good . What I didn’t like that there was some kind of construction above our room every night, until early in the morning 7 nights , spoke to reception noise continued .”

“Great location in Westlands near upscale Westgate mall. Easily accessible. Staff very warm and responsive. Manager Paul is exceptional and his reception desk staff. Nice restaurant onsite, with very welcoming staff, great food. The main issue is beyond the hotel's control, that is, overwhelming construction site noise on all sides of hotel. Noise from next door worksites is brutal depending on where your room is located. Housekeeping can do with better training to initiate cleaning, not use……

“Ort der Ruhe mit tollem Ausblick in den Wald unweit vom quirligen Zentrum”

“Rooms were average size. We found a cockroach in our room. Breakfast included was average. By the time we got down all dishes were empty and had to ask them to refill. Also night we arrived, hot water wasn’t working and came back late evening. Hotel is open concept where noise echoed into the rooms. Location was convenient as it was located near west gate mall.”

“First time but definitely not the last. Location is everything.. Perfect for couple of nights. Breakfast was very good, just by the pool. Don't expect luxury at this price but it's very comfy and staff is amazing.”

“The check in process was an absolute nightmare. I had a confirmed booking with Expedia, but on arrival it was clear something was wrong when they asked me to have a seat - for 2 hours! The hotel had given away my reservation for a 1 bedroom and simply cited they overlooked Expedia. Wow. So they put me in a studio thinking I wouldn’t notice? I had to go back down again and wait even longer. The front desk manager, hotel manager and even the general manager shook my hand as if that was going to……
