The check in gal was wonderful!! She was friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful! The room was clean and spacious but could have used some additional amenties, usually standard, such as kleenex, some hangers and a hair dryer.
Excellent customer service, I popped a tire and couldn’t make my reservation date and since they didn’t offer refunds i called and they were able to change the date for me and still let me check in. Nice and friendly staff!

Disliked: Amenities
Breakfast served was excellent, accomodations very minimal. Those awful thin towels that hardly dry you, soap is provided but no shampoos or conditioners. Beds not so comfortable..... kind of a strange place with history..... beautiful southern utah location.
The room was very spacious with a jetted tub and a very comfortable king size bed. The breakfast was delicious both mornings and thebproperty was very quite both nights.
We were at Zion hiking and needed a place to spend 2 nights which can work in our budget.
This was really very cute place to return back after hike .The staff was kind and very friendly .

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
The Grand Canyon Family Suite was huge! Out family slept in it comfortably.
Quiet spot to rest up in. Clean and spacious.
Staff was nice. My dogs were allowed to stay and I appreciate any facility that takes them. Good for me and the dogs. If in the area will definitely return.
I wished I could’ve stayed a few more days! Would definitely return if I need a place to stay in the area. I love that it was built for a bad purpose, and has turned into a good one!
The room was huge and so was the walk in closet and the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfy. Don’t believe the bad reviews, it is not run down or dirty. I think some people just nitpick.
We had to make a last minute quick trip to southern Utah. We only needed room for one night. As luck would have it, there was a baseball tournament going on and all rooms were booked except for a few that wanted $300 or more. This hotel was approximately 35 miles out of St. George but under $100.
We enjoyed our stay and was surprised to find it also included a hot breakfast. We looking forward to staying again when we have more time to explore the area and zions.
We visit this place to go to visit the Zion park. However, we have to drive 45 min to the park. I like about this hotel that it was pet friendly, room temperature was well maintained by two mobile ac units and it was spacious. What I don’t like is it feels unsafe without cameras, feels isolated, needs deep carpet cleaning, some furniture needs to be updated, tv remote controls didn’t work well and in general improve maintenance. Staff was very friendly (we saw two) and breakfast was okay. We appreciated the cheese handmade omelettes and country potatoes. They have cereal and oatmeal, fruit, juice and coffee for $10 pp.
