"Room was large and clean. Location is great for going to the beach which is across the street. There is one restaurant option across the street, which was very good. It is located far from downtown Fernandina however. Parking was easy. "

"If you are booking the Surf and Sand for the free hot breakfast, don’t bother. There is a limited selection and when we went this morning the bagels, bread, and croissants were completely wiped out with no replenishment. Other than that, the hotel is very well located being close to the beach, 2 restaurants within walking distance and a short ride into town."

"Older property, no King Beds offered. Buffet breakfast was good. Bathroom shower & faucet had evidence of alkaline deposits."
