「Upon arriving I was informed by reservation was changed. I was then told I had to pay an additional $40 for changes. The $100 hold has still not been refunded and I left the room cleaner than when I arrived. There was an inch of dust in the drawers, bed sheets stained with yellow substance. Splatter on the walls next to a bed, not sure I want to know what it was, AC not working properly. NO ELEVATOR!!!! Pool gave me and two of my kids staff infections…. And their “breakfast” is a waffle or stale...

「It is expectations that set the stage for a pleasant stay. My expectations were for a room with a properly functioning HVAC system, and a swimming pool to relax in after (8) hours on the road. Neither of those expectations were met. The room was warm upon arrival, which was reported to the attendant, who assured me she would address this situation. The pool, was marked “closed for season”. After waiting 90 minutes I returned to the attendant and questioned the HVAC situation, only to be told...

「Checked in with staff first day of visit, we're not friendly and did not update about any pool closures. In room, did not have spare toilet paper, shower had hair on the wall and was not fully clean. Toilet used multiple flushes to work properly, and shower would fluctuate from freezing cold to scalding hot. Pool was closed for the season, which is why we chose this hotel with no notices anywhere to guests other than on the pool. Informed staff of room issues and none were addressed. Would not...

「They are doing active construction now, messy and garbage all over, it smells too, the rooms are getting renovated, I found water on the floor in the room, the bathroom shower and tub were rusty, the toilet pan was small and misfit with wrong toilet seat. The soap and shampoo were not fitted on the wall. I have pictures of all these if you need. the overall experience was horrible. I tried talking to the staff but they could not help. I would really like a refund for this stay.」

「The hotel was well maintained. Had a classic old hotel vibe. All the staff were super friendly. The breakfast spread was excellent. Multiple choices for hot and cold food. The hotel was within walking distance of many shops and market. It felt cozy, quaint and quiet. Beautiful scenic drives. Will 100% book again.」
