"Beautiful property. Loved the room! However, the Wine Grotto was closed for a private event (the main reason I love this resort) and the hot tub was out of order. Everything else was lovely!"

We arrived to be informed by the person working the desk (who had a badge on that said mgt) insisted that she couldn’t find us but she could book us another room and we can pay again. I could go on about how long we argued about this, but I don’t have that much energy. All I can say is don’t do it. Staff sucks! "
