Property description needs to explain that this is a residential apartment complex

I would not stay here again. The room was nice. The property manager was very attentive. The complex is very busy and run down. There are likely more than 400 families here. I couldn't spend anytime on the lanai because it smelled like rank cat litter. The neighbor next door is a full time resident and doesn't take care of his place. It didn't feel safe walking out to the parking lot at night to grab things. Lots of roaches.

Overpriced and disgusting

The unit itself is cute, but everything around it is not. Overall, this room is way too expensive and not nearly as appealing as it looks. Firstly, it was difficult to find the actual building where the unit is located, there are unclear instructions where the building is located within the complex. Once you find it you will see that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. You get up to the hallway and it REAKS of cigarettes and marijuana. There is at least one cat constantly running through the hall that will run past you as you carry your bags down the long hallway. Don't be too alarmed though if the hallway ceiling is dripping a bit or you see droppings on the floor. Finally, you get to the room and it is decent and well labeled, but in the morning we woke up and saw massive toenail clippings on the balcony.

Great facility and cleanliness. The mattress wasn’t good.

We enjoyed our stay with the good amenities. Everything was maintained well. The only not that great part was the mattress. I don’t mean world class mattresses, but this mattress was fairly old and unsupportive. It caused me backache. I ended up sleeping on the sofa for the rest of the stay.
