Overall a nice location, well done remodel so interior very good. The building is showing its age and needs upgrades like painting and general O&M, hopefully that will be done in the near future to go along with the interior work already done by the owner.

Family beach trip

Great place for families to stay! Condo was very comfortable and nice. I only wish there was a luggage cart to transport all the things needed with kids. But a great stay for sure!

Wonderful condo! Had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. And we couldn't have asked for better weather. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful unit with everything for a wonderful family vacation. Great 3rd floor views of the ocean from all 3 balconies. The pool and grills completed the relaxing, end of summer, beach vibe.

The furniture was very well worn and frayed. Drywall was peeling and paint on door was peeling some of the air vents needed to be replace due to rust. The view was amazing.

Fantastic first trip to HHI

Beautiful South Beach location! Walking distance to the Salty Dog right on the beach. Condo has everything needed for a family to relax on the wrap around balcony to watch sunrise and sunset. Loved it so much we booked another stay later this summer!

Relaxing Beach Stay

After selling our family house on Hilton Head Island, we needed to find a new place for vacation. This condo was absolutely perfect for us! Fantastic location near South Beach, beautiful view of the water through the pine trees, easy access to the beach and a private pool. Any time we had a question, the management company was extremely helpful and available.

Labor Day Getaway

Stayed four nights over Labor Day and was a very nice corner unit with nobody above you. The property was as listed which is always a nice thing. We’ve stayed in other units in this building so knew what to expect.

July Vacation

Excellent location. Can’t stress that enough, excellent location. Beach access was easy and the beach area is beautiful. Complex is quiet and well situated for hopping onto the bike trails. Unit has been partially updated and those areas are great. Kitchen was great for family cooking, Great space for a family.

Awesome place

We have been going to Hilton Head for several years and have rented houses. But now that it is just the 2 of use we didn’t need a full house and this is the first time doing a Condo! And this place really hit the ball out of the park, clean great location well furnished! We will be back!

Amazing place for our family of 4

We had the best time at this South Beach property. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is amazing and we love being on the bay and watching the boats come and go each day. The option to have chairs and an umbrella set up each day was nice too. The boys did some fishing and caught some sting rays and even a baby shark! And we loved looking at the deer in the sea dunes every evening when they came out to eat! Again, a great location - we have been to Hilton Head many times, but never stayed in South Beach and will definitely be back!

We had a great time in this beautiful condo!

Everything is updated and lovely! We had plenty of room for two adults and a couple of teenagers. Location is perfect and an area we are very familiar with so this was a great spot for us. Our only suggestions would be a softer mattress in the main bedroom and a broom for the unit. Thanks for time in your beautiful place!

South Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The view of the Sound is breathtaking and then when you add the natural beauty of the landscape, butterflies everywhere, dolphins, deer, native birds, it was a little piece of Heaven. The condo was nice. The beds were really comfortable and the layout of the place was great. There was not alot of space in the closets because they were quite full of the owners belongings. We would definitely stay here again, and are hoping that it will be sooner rather than later.

Hurricane Debby

We were there during hurricane debby and the condo was still perfect - never lost power. Everything was exactly as described and expected. The kitchen had everything that one could want or need. The bedrooms were huge (king w/two chairs in one bedroom and the other bedroom had a king and queen). The bathrooms were nice and spacious. The condo location was right across the street from the South Beach Marina (Salty Dog). The pool was big and the overall property was clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and nice

The unit is lovely, but as with any property by the beach has a few water issues. The vents in one bedroom was covered in mold, which was concerning, especially since it was the room where our kids were stating. Additionally, there was an hvac issue when we first arrived, where the condensed water from the a/c overflowed and flooded the floors, leading to water under the floorboards and soaking the rugs in other rooms. The company very quickly resolved the hvac issue, but the rugs were wet for days, which was also very concerning from a mold perspective. We asked for fans to help aerate the rugs and that helped. None of these things were detrimental to our stay, or surprising, as we have a fair amount of experience with beach rentals, but it also didn't leave us fully comfortable.
