Cozy, Private, Gated, Hilton Head Location with Great Views. Steps to the beach

Newly furnished 2 BR, 2 BA with Queen Sleeper, comfortably sleeps 6. This unit has a screened in patio with a view of the lagoon and partial view of Port Royal Sound. Flat screens, Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen are included for your enjoyment.

Just 100 yards and you're on the water enjoying the magnificent views, walking on the natural beach or enjoying the sunrise/sunset from the pier. Relax on one of the swings or have a cookout on the large, open deck. The wide variety of Water Fowl and Sea Shells will certainly enhance your stay. You can also fish along the shoreline.

The property has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool, which includes a hot tub/spa and workout room. There are also 3 tennis courts for your use. The 24 hour security will make you feel safe and comfortable during your vacation. The Spa does not have an elevator but it's only two flights of steps to the condo. There is a one time parking fee of $25.00.

The host was amazing. She was very communicative. And also did a very nice favor for my family since I arrived a little early. I left one night early to take my marine home so my adult son stayed to do the check out and that was just as easy as the check in he said! Very beautiful home. My brother and I had a fantastic stay here and would definitely recommend it. The unit is on the top floor, so it’s extra quiet with no one above you. The screened porch overlooking a peaceful courtyard and fountain was one of our favorite spots to relax.Inside, everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and was perfect for cooking breakfast and reheating leftovers after a day at the beach.The location is hard to beat: just a quick 4–5 minute walk to a beautiful, natural stretch of Hilton Head beach. We saw sea birds, hermit crabs, ghost crabs, horseshoe crabs, even jumping fish, and the sunsets were stunning. For variety, Burkes Beach was only a 10-minute drive away.Quiet, convenient, and a great place to unwin. Highly recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay. Being on the 3rd floor is the only draw back I find here. We have been staying here for several years, so it's nothing new and it is noted on the description, but each year it seems that I choose to take less and less to the room because I don't want to tote it. We will continue to stay here in the future. Mrs. Margaret is easy to communicate with and responds very quickly.

We really liked the location, very quiet and nice grounds. The condo was a little dated but well stocked for our needs and the 2BR/2BA was perfect for 2 couples. The 3rd floor was a little more challenging toting luggage with no elevator than we thought it would be and this would be a consideration to staying there again. The host was very nice and had great communication. Overall it was a great trip and a nice place to stay.

Great condo close to a beautiful beach thriving with wildlife. The pools were great the security staff was friendly and helpful, the gym was decent (i prefer free weights to machine's, but the machine did what it was supposed to do) i would definitely stay there again, it was clean and comfy and felt like home.

Needs a deep clean and updating

We really like the location of this condo. It was in the building closest to the beach, so it was not a far walk. Unfortunately, the condo itself and the stairwell up to the third floor needs a lot of repairs. The front bathroom ceiling was chipping away in pretty large pieces, the outlet in the master bathroom didn’t work, and the bathtub of the master was very old and yellow. It looks like the cleaning service might just come in and do a simple clean, but it really needs scrubbing on the walls and cabinets. You could see a lot of dried spills. There were also no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but there was a box fan that we were able to plug in for the master bedroom, but the other bedroom didn’t really have any airflow and got a little warm.

Peaceful, uncrowded, way from it all

We always enjoy our stay at this quiet resort. The unit we had here was the perfect size for me and my two children. It is very close to the beach, which has tons of wildlife and creatures to explore the sunsets are beautiful. There’s even a bald eagle on the shore. There were plenty of towels, garbage bags, soap for the dishwasher and the washing machine. We all had a great time.

Hidden Gem

First time visiting Hilton Head. This location was really neat and interesting. Seeing all the wildlife there was amazing. Caught a few fish and just loved being out on the sand bar. My son enjoyed every bit of it. There was even a bald eagle that hung around while we fished. The condo was perfect for us. Everything we needed was right there.

Solid stay

The condo was clean and orderly. Plenty of supplies and well stocked as far as the kitchen and bathrooms and plenty of towels. WiFi and HVAC worked well. Owner was quick to reply to any questions we had. The rental is on the Port Royal Sound which doesn't have a lot of beach area so we drove over to Folly Beach (short drive) to enjoy the ocean.Place is a bit dated and there was one surprise as last minute we were informed of a 25 parking fee which covered the duration of our stay. I think that should be stated in the cost of the rental. It has been in place since the beginning of January per the post at the guard shack.

Amazing location, wonderful stay!

We just wish we had more time! This is a quiet beach that we have loved visiting for many years, and this condo gave us everything we needed - an easy walk down to the beach or to the indoor or outdoor pools. There is a hot tub and a sauna in the indoor pool building as well. The condo was cozy but our family (four adults and two children) was very comfortable. The screened-in patio overlooks the lagoon and was a gorgeous space to drink coffee and enjoy the peaceful surroundings!
