  • This is it! Clean, bright and welcoming in Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Ocean Villas, the island's most amenity-rich beachside resort.

    See, hear and feel the ocean breeze from the balcony of this updated and fully stocked 2nd-floor 1-bedroom condo. The beach walk is steps away, as is the largest private pool on the island. Enjoy the convenience of 3 on-site restaurants and grills, to include a sports bar with wide-screen viewing and pool tables; a poolside bar and grill with an ocean view and seasonal live music, and a to-go/seasonal-delivery pizza kitchen, which is said to be the best pizza on the island.

    Venture to the playground and grilling areas. Walk to on-site bike rentals. Reserve free time on one of our 8 tennis or 6 pickleball courts. Check out our poolside special events.

    Elevator access with luggage carts. Washer and dryer on the hall. WiFi and HDTV on new 65" TV. There is also a Roku TV in the bedroom. Bed and bath towels and linens, four beach chairs, and a small collection of books and board games are provided. Condo has all-new appliances and is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, bakeware, a ground-coffee maker and a Keurig, toaster, blender, ZeroWater filter, hair dryer, flat iron, curling iron, a clothes steamer, and an iron and ironing board, all for your convenience.

    Professionally cleaned before each reservation. This unit is best suited for a couple's getaway or a couple with children. The bunkbeds are built into the hallway, they are long but not as wide as regular twin beds, so grown ups would likely not find them comfortable. * This condo is not wheelchair accessible. * Short Term Rental Permit # 072064. *

Wonderful location. Larger pool was super close. Short walk to beach. Parking was great. Host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Nice balcony for views of the beach. Rental was full stocked. Enjoyed beach chairs provided. Would recommend and return. :)

Wonderful stay this past week. The room was clean, super cute decorated, and the check in and out process was seamless. The amenities were intentional and well thought out, it was organized and clean and ready for use. The kitchen was fully stocked, the room stayed cool and the view was great. It was within good proximity to the pool and the beach access. There were lots of great extras like tons of apps on the tv’s, a snackle box for the pool/kids, a water filter, ice trays, and a pull out sofa. Only thing I would change is darker curtains in the living room to drown out light for anyone sleeping on the pull out! Thank you for sharing your room with us!!!

Mini spring getaway

We had a lovely stay at the condo! It was clean, comfortable and quaint and the property manager was attentive. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach!

Perfect family vacation

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head. The condo had everything we needed, was quiet and the proximity tothe pool and beach was amazing! We loved that there was activity happening at the pool, we rented bikes directly on property.

Easy to find and located near restaurants, outlets, etc. The condo was clean, equipped with everything we needed, the pool was perfect, and the room and entire condo was nice and quiet. Perfect place for a couple or family.

Relaxing Getaway

Nice, clean, and comfortable vacation rental. Close to the beach, nice pool and tiki bar area. Bike rentals right on the property was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Summer beach trip

The property was perfect! Super close to the beach and pool. Lots of fun activities in the pool area and several casual food options available. We had a fabulous time!
