This was a GREAT place to stay. Easily walkable to the beach and having bikes available was great! This condo is located perfectly for whatever you want to do and was very clean and comfortable. Had a question at check in and the host/manager was very kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend

Loved it.

I really loved this place, both the condo itself and the entire resort area. I was really close to the beach and a coffee shop, as well as lots of eateries. Would love to stay here again.

Sleepless in Hilton Head

Pros: Pictures were a good depiction of what the property looks like. Offered plenty of room to hang out They were accommodating for us to check in early and offered a late check out which we didn’t end up needing. They got right back to me when I contacted them via Vrbo messages. Nicely equipped kitchen. Cons: Dog hair covered couches which needed to be cleaned before we could even sit down. Gas grail was neglected and had a major flair up due to being full of grease. We had to cool it down and thoroughly clean it prior to use. Upstairs shower is an unreasonably high step up into it even for me at 6’2” Had to rend bikes because complimentary bikes were too rusted and kept losing the chains Had to buy beach chair because to ones that came with the unit were rusted as they hung outside. The upstairs bed’s like expectancy expired a long time ago. It sinks in the middle so bad two people Couldn’t sleep in it. With no other option, I’m slept alone (of tried to sleep) in pain. Worst bed ever. Contacted manager initially about the dog hair on the couches and the response was totally bizarre. She asked me if she should order a “deep clean” prior To the scheduled fall maintenance week. Did not offer to take care of it during my stay. Send her this list of concerns and she thanked me for not putting the info on VRbo. MEVER OFFERED ANY FORM OF COMPENSATION or to even reimburse for the chairs and bikes. I’ve always liked VRBO but this was bad

1mile from beach, 2 bikes, sleeps 6

Comfortable, nice porch with water hose and grill, could use two more comfortable seats in living room like a love seat.(only seats 4) Could use some more silverware was short on spoons. Place had good starter supplies. Adequately furnished with towels, sheets and bed coverings for our dogs. Our dogs loved being there and walking down to the beach every night. Beds were good for the 6 of us that stayed. Pull out couch in loft. Only carpet was on stairs and loft so that is a personal preference. Friendly maintenance men came right away when we arrive because our sink was draining slow and the tub/shower was leaking and some light bulbs were out. Had use of trolly across the street to get to Sea Pines Beach Club or could park at trolly stop about a mile away to take us to Beach club. Could also bike or walk to Club if energetic and not much to carry. The beach club is very nice with showers, restroom, restaurant and gift shop. Really enjoyed our week at the beach. Will return even though it looks like prices are increasing next year.

Cute place that needs a lot of tlc. Carpeting is extremely stained in master & in many other places too. Of greater concern is all of the soft spots on the vinyl flooring in the main level. It almost feels like the sub flooring is collapsing under you.

Great Propert

Very happy with the property - just a shame we had to cut our trip short to to a sick doggy. Everything was as advertised. Owners were great with communication and accommodating a last minute reservation. Perfect location. Will definitely look to stay here again.

A little maintenance would go a long way.

This property is in need of simple maintenance. The headboard on one of the beds upstairs was so loose it fell on top of my girls when they were sleeping, the sliding doors were extremely difficult to open and the handle broke off, tv remote batteries were dead and there were no extra batteries in the condo, living room furniture was very uncomfortable, upstairs bedroom didn’t cool.

Great location

We had a great week in Sea Pines Hilton Head Island. The location was perfect for our family. We rode bikes, walked to the beach every morning and played tennis. The only problem we experienced was the cleanliness of the condo.

Wonderful stay, perfect location

Jessica was awesome and quick to reply. Home was clean and equipped with everything you needed. Location was awesome, quick bike ride or walk to the beach. Bikes were our favorite part! Would definitely stay again.

Very cozy and close to the beach

It was our first time in Hilton Head and wasn’t sure what to expect but our accommodations were spot on. It was a short walk or drive to go anywhere we wanted to. The book with all of the restaurants and their menus was very much appreciated. Next time we travel to Hilton Head we will stay there again

Beach trip

Nice location but would have liked some cleaning in bathrooms and master bedroom carpet. Had to have them replace air filter on arrival. Kitchen cutlery and cooking utensils were not clean.

Perfect for a stay with dogs

Cute place, good location, but could use some tlc. Great place for a visit with dogs, I wouldn’t expect it to be prefect, with allowing dogs. Which we brought ours. The blinds were missing some panels and a few of the boards were damaged on the floor of the screened in porch and. Which isn’t ideal with pets or kids running around. However, I was able to place chairs over the holes to avoid injury. A few of the decorative pillows were dirty, which was my biggest concern. I just set them to the side, no big deal. We would stay again if bringing our dogs.

Hilton Head October trip:

The property was very nice and close to the ocean and the golf club. It was clean and had everything you would need for cooking and eating essentials. Also, 2 nice beach bikes in good order. The only thing I could complain about, is the bathroom door was swollen and would not close. But you still had privacy. due to the lockable door to the living area.

Not what we expected, but we made it work.

Not far from beach and pretty good location to be within close proximity of everything you could need. Needs paint and new carpet throughout or at the very least carpet needs to be cleaned. Certain parts of the laminate flooring in living room area and kitchen felt like they could give out at any moment when walking on it. Had read in an earlier response to a review that the beach chairs would be replaced after previous renter complained, but the beach chairs that came with rental were in pretty sad condition, so glad we brought our own! If owner would make some updates this could be a great place to stay because of location, but honestly walking in it felt like they only want to do the minimum. Do not in any way want to sound harsh, but have no idea how this property had the rating on VRBO that it has. Would not stay there again.

Best Location in Sea Pines

The location is amazing! So close to the beach and the beach club with food, drinks, bathrooms and showers. Live music was a great bonus! You can walk or ride one of the bikes provided. Also great location to Harbor Town, with the marina, lighthouse, best playground for the kiddos, shops, restaurants, ice cream and so much more! You will love the layout of the villa with a master bedroom and full bath down stairs and a bedroom/bathroom upstairs with a loft and laundry room. The kitchen had everything needed and the unit was equipped with supplies, ranging from a bottle of wine to 2 bikes, beach towels, linens and an outside shower to rinse off. I would bring beach chairs as the one’s provided were not the best. There is a nice Furnished screened in deck off the bedroom and living room that offers privacy and is a quiet space to enjoy a cocktail or read a book! I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for an incredible stay in Sea Pines on HHI. The Villa itself is in a very quiet location, surrounded by beautiful trees and amenities such as a pool, tennis, bike path, close proximity to all sea pines has to offer and best of all pets are welcomed! The rental process was so easy and the communication with the property manager (Jessica) was awesome! She was there to answer all questions, checking in was a breeze, costumer service was exceptional.

Great location!

This unit is centrally located in a great location--walkable to the beach/Beach Club and to HarborTown. It was the perfect size for me, my husband, infant, sister and brother-in-law (and dog). The screen porch was wonderful to use the evenings. Check-in was a breeze and the owners fixed an issue we had with the door lock quickly. Others had commented about the cleanliness of the unit, but we found it to be acceptable cleanliness. The only improvements we found was the kitchen was pretty bare (none of the normal staples from a rental like storage containers, salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc), but did have plenty of supplies to cook. The upstairs bedroom could use a fan and some additional curtains as it was quite bright in the mornings. Overall, we would stay again!
