Our villa home is perfectly located within the heart of Sea Pines and less than 100 yards from a lovely stretch of picturesque South Beach and Braddock Cove. It is located only a few steps from the South Beach Village Marina with the famous Salty Dog Cafe and an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars, and recreational activities.
On the third floor of Bluff Villas, this one-bedroom vacation home has been refurbished and beautifully decorated. The living room features a stylish three-seater sleeper sofa and a separate two seat sofa. In addition, there is a work desk, free high speed internet and WIFI, large flat-screen smart TV, Spectrum TV channels and DVR. Open to the living room, the dining area seats four at its glass-topped table. The new modern kitchen is equipped for living and is fully appointed with every major appliance needed for a relaxing, hassle-free vacation. Note Bluff Villa properties do not have elevators.
Thinking of a staycation?. There is a work desk and the WIFI and TV service has been upgraded to provide excellent high-speed internet speed and picture quality.
The private shaded balcony faces west towards the beach amid the oaks for capturing delightful sea breezes and beautiful sunsets.
The triple aspect bedroom features a king-sized bed, access to the balcony, and a walk-in closet. There’s also a ceiling fan and flat-screen TV with Spectrum.
The bathroom includes a double vanity with a modern walk-in shower and tiled floor.
This vacation home is fully equipped with everything you need for a hassle-free vacation including a fully equipped kitchen, towels, and sheets. Located in the heart of the Sea Pines you are close to championship golf, pickleball and tennis facilities and well as miles of bike trails and beaches.
For beach lovers, the beach is less than 100 yards from a stretch of South Beach which provides views towards Harbour Town and fantastic sunsets over Daufuskie Island.
A short walk away is Tower Beach with outdoor grills, picnic tables, and a shaded pavilion that offers stunning views of the ocean and the entrance to Calibogue Sound. The Sea Pines Beach Club is a short car or bike ride away. It is a gathering place for sand and water activities as well as a beach bar and restaurants for lunch and dinner overlooking the ocean.
The South Beach General Store is a short walk away in the Marina for those last-minute items you may need. At the entrance gate to Sea Pines, there are a number of supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, and bars.
If you are thinking of a longer stay we offer reduced monthly rates in the winter.

**What We Loved:**Spacious, clean, and quiet retreat with a well-stocked modern kitchen and powerful AC. The walk-in shower was excellent, and we loved being just steps from the beach (3-minute walk) and a short stroll to Salty Dog marina. Great access to Sea Pines’ bike paths with plenty of parking.**Minor Notes:**The beach is actually on the sound rather than ocean (no waves) and no community pool available. **Bottom Line:**Fantastic, comfortable stay in an ideal location. Highly recommend!

Great condo!

Ideal Sea Pines location in South Beach. Close to sound access boardwalk. Third floor balcony is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. Condo has great living space for a one bedroom unit. Would rent again.

Great introduction to Hiltonhead

My husband and enjoyed our stay in sea pines. The location of the VRBO was very convenient to the beach and places to eat. We particularly enjoyed eating at the Salty Dogs around the corner and at the Quarterdeck a short drive away. The VRBO was clean and comfortable. We appreciated having the deck to sit out on.

Fabulous place and location

An ideal location on Hilton Head - just a few steps from both the Salty Dog complex and from the beach. It’s a lovely 1brm condo that is clean and has a recently updated kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend it!

Splendid Thanksgiving

What a splendid place. We’ve stayed all over Sea Pines and greater HHI over the last 15 or so years, but this was the first time staying on this side of the Calibogue Sound. My wife and daughters had a great time at this apartment and enjoyed a long, quiet Thanksgiving weekend together. Being close to both the water and the salty dog complex provided a variety of distractions and amenities to take care of the little ones.

Nice place; clean and orderly. Recent improvements evident. Bathroom supplies were modest with soap dispensers close to empty. Coffee maker needs to be replaced; rusty heating plate may be hiding electrical issues. Owner communicates very well. Be aware this is a third floor walk up. Thanks for working with us

We visit HHI several time a year.. This condo is alway beauty beautiful and well maintained. Close to the inter waterways and an amazing, beach with lighter foot traffic.. Near Salty dog Cafe! !

Beautiful Condo

Loved this condo Great location only a 5 min walk to a beautiful and peaceful beach. Kitchen was well equipped! Lots of extra linens included as well. Only drawback was it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Adequate accommodations but….

The property was nice but we were given the wrong entry code. I emailed the host but did not receive a response. Luckily, VRBO customer service was very helpful in finding the correct code. There wasn’t a good supply of bathroom paper products and no bath mat.

Best trip to HHI yet!

We had an amazing vacation! This spacious 1 bedroom condo was perfect! Loved the layout of the condo! We have stayed in various locations in HHI, but this was our first time in Sea Pines. Loved all the bike trails and close location to play pickleball and access the beach. Weather was perfect for this fall visit to HHI! Will definitely look for this listing to come up again!

Location was convenient to beach and pickleball and other attractions. Quiet and enjoyed the trees etc. Only handicap was steps to facility. May be an issue for older people or with individuals with handicap issues.

everything was great

The apartment is exactly as described, it is located in a quiet complex, almost directly by the sea. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, everything smelled fresh and good and the communication was great. However, I only found out after booking that the pool was closed. The nearby Tower Beach Club doesn't allow tourists in, only members and residents. That was very annoying.
