As you enter this gorgeous, 5th floor unit, you will immediately see amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean and beyond. You have stunning ocean views from the living room, primary bedroom and guest bedroom balcony.

The living room has a 70" SMART TV, a DVD player and access to your private balcony. The kitchen, which is open to the dining and living area, features stainless steel appliances and new granite countertops.

The master bedroom has a Jamison king bed, 42" SMART TV, and private bath with oversize jetted tub and separate step-in shower. These bedroom windows also features beautiful ocean views. The guest bedroom opens up onto the balcony as well and is furnished with two double beds and 26" flat screen TV and DVD player. The bathroom is accessed from the bedroom or hall and has a jetted tub/shower combination.

The Hampton Place Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, BBQ area, children’s pool, gazebo and deck, restrooms, and showers. There is also an elevator and covered parking.

Guests of Hampton Place will enjoy easy access to the luxuries of Palmetto Dunes. Explore miles of shaded trails, a hard-packed beach, an 11-mile lagoon, and three prestigious golf courses. Summer beach trip

Palmetto dunes is always our favorite beach. The condo was well appointed with swivel chairs by ghe windows. Very functional and attractive kitchen.
