FAMILY REUNION/50th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY PARTY

Reviewer Comments: We rented 9 Wren Drive for our family reunion because it had enough bedrooms for all the attending families including a bunk room for our four toddlers. AND it was WALKING DISTANCE to Tower Beach eliminating the need to put all the toddlers into carseats and drive to a beach location. ALSO the heated pool was an exquisite addition to the package. The Kitchen/Dining area was large and well stocked with all pots, pans, appliances, utensils with both UN-breakable and breakable dinnerware options. While there we had a catered Anniversary Party and the home was perfect for that with lots of internal space for a buffet and serving trays and platters. Everyone who stayed at 9 Wren Drive with us felt that the property was PERFECT for the occasion. Thank you for accommodating our party and making us feel welcome.

Perfect setup for large groups

Crisp, clean, and comfortable home with plenty of room for entertaining. Dinner table holds 12 people! Fantastic location near the beach and Salty Dog. Highly recommend this property.

The home accommodated 12 people very comfortably, with plenty of space to spread out. The home was in excellent condition, well appointed, and IMMACULATE. With a pool in the yard and a very short walk to the beach, the location was perfect. The pictures on the website are accurate, you will not be disappointed. Hilton Head Island has so many activities, it's easy to keep children and adults happy. We're looking forward to a repeat of this family vacation in the future!

Poor Management

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home and paid in advance ($250 for 3days) for the pool to be heated. When we arrived, the pool was not heated. We waited a day, still no heat. I called management and emailed. No response to the email, although my call was returned. I was told the pool company forgot to heat the pool. No offer to have it turned on for the remainder of our stay and no confirmation of a refund. It was a bummer because the weather was cool for May and the kids would have enjoyed the pool (it was ice cold). After we returned home I did receive a refund and a coupon for $150 off a future stay (no thanks). The home is in a good location. The kitchen is very outdated. It’s too bad the management doesn’t have a handle in the pool situation and didn’t take care of the pool issue in a timely manner. Overpriced for the experience and location.

There was ample space for everyone, the kids loved the bunk room and everything was so clean and comfortable. There were so many well thought out amenities as well. We didn’t need a thing! There is a water filter in the fridge which was a game changer so we didn’t have to buy water. The walk to the beach took 2 seconds and the pool was a wonderful addition. We would absolutely stay here again!! Tracy was super attentive as well and got back to me so quickly with answers to a few questions I had. Thank you so much!!!

It was so well equipped with everything we needed and the huge kitchen made working alongside each other easy. Many different places to hang out and easy walk to the beach (even for our 83 year old). Would highly recommend and cannot wait to go back!
