Great beach stay

Short wedding trip

Good location in reference to the beach. About a 7 minute walk to the beach from the very back of the complex. Nice, quiet community and a very nice condo.

Cockroaches everywhere

We had a 2 day stay over the weekend . While the location was great, with an easy enjoyable 8 min walk to the beach, the unit could be brought up into a better condition so people could enjoy the stay. The first thing you get when entering the unit is a terrible smell of an old apartment. The unit is much more darker and old than the pictures show. There is dust on ceilings and decor and the walls and floors are dirty. It definitely needs some fresh paint and clean floors. After we got over the poor cleanliness condition and just thought that we can make it through the 2 day stay, the cockroaches started to wonder around late at night. We have emailed the property but only got a late response that they will bring it up to the maintenance team. Nothing was done and we checked out. Just be mindful that when booking this unit make sure you are fine with living with cockroaches!!!

Loved our stay!

Overall very clean and cozy! Noticed a weird smell in the main bedroom and the king bed was a little firm for our liking, but the house was nice and we enjoyed our stay! I recommend taking your own beach chairs if you plan to spend much time there, as the chairs that come with the home do not recline. Would recommend this house!

Great condo location

We loved our stay here. Great location to easily walk or bike to the beach or pool. Great restaurants within a short bike ride. I’d recommend Pedals bike rentals. Very convenient. They drop off and pickup right outside the door.

Great vacation

This property is just like the pictures and it was nicely clean. It was 5 of us super spacious. The sofa couch is not the most comfortable, but I have never found those couches comfortable. Kitchen is a nice size with lots of gadget. I'm an organizer freak, so I took the liberty on organizing all the cabinets. Master bathroom is very nice, big shower. One thing the shower have 1/2 glass and no curtain so it's a decent size opening and water can splash a little outside, we put a towel on the floor and it was fine. Pool is very close maybe 3 min. walk, beach access is more like 10 min walk but the path is nice. We had a beach car and the house have one as well. We use both it was so much easier. We had a great time and would love to be back in this place again. My only complain would be the ice and water dispenser in the fridge was moldy. We notice it the second day and decided not to use it we went and bought water bottles. Other than that it's a great house.

Great location!

Nice, spacious, clean home. Kitchen is stocked, bedrooms are big, deck is nice. Comfortable place with a nice beach vibe. Best part - SO convenient to walk to the beach (8-9 minute walk)!! Beach parking is hard to get, so the short walk is great. Be sure to rent bikes - it’s a very bike friendly island.

Great Rental from start to finish

Condo described perfectly. Clean, cute, comfortable, and plenty of amenities. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We like to stay in and cook some days and the kitchen had everything, and more than we needed. The washer and dryer were nice and larger then a typical rental. The supplied beach cart came in handy was definitely a bonus to have available. Communication was great from start to finish. Check in directions were seamless. Thanks for a great vacation!
