The location of this property is excellent. It is very quiet and about a five minute walk to the beach along a beautiful pathway. Check in was also very easy. The unit needs to be freshened up. The furniture is staring to look old and should be replaced. The floor rugs look dirty and also should be replaced. The outdoor cushions are worn and the fans need to be cleaned. Also the outdoor glass table needs to be replaced. The beach chairs are rusty and look old. New ones would be great as there is no strap on the chairs to put on your back and take to the beach. It would also be nice if the kitchen had some minor staples. The local property manager was helpful and responded to us immediately. Thank you.

Great location, great unit, however.....
We loved the location inside of Sea Pines. The 2 beach cruisers were a plus, the outside porches, screened and open were fantastic. The decoration, comfort and location of our unit was wonderful. However, the mattress on the king bed needs to be replaced! We felt like we were in hammocks. I'd go back in a heartbeat, if I knew the mattress had been replaced!

Reservations and check-in were simple and fast, and the location on Night Heron is ideal. The villa itself was wonderful but could use a little tender loving care. The bathroom needed some paint, the night light bulb was burned out, a towel rod in the shower was broken, the shower handle was loose, and the bedroom needed dusting, but overall it was a wonderful stay. Great accommodations in a perfect setting with close proximity to the beach and everything Sea Pines and HHI have to offer.

Super cozy & secluded
This unit was the perfect fit for me & my amazing girlfriend. It’s nestled right inside the Sea Pines Ocean side gate, which is what we were looking for while attending the RBC Heritage for the weekend. Right across the street is a paved walk way to the beach, which we rode the bikes (that belong to the unit) to. Took less than 5 mins. It wasn’t crowded at all which we like. The back porch was super super cozy & stayed shaded. Very relaxing area. We used the gas grill the first night & it seemed like it was new, very clean & full of propane. The pictures you see on the website are exactly what you’re going to get if you decide to rent this unit. We will definitely keep this spot in mind when we decide to come back to HH in the near future.

Night Heron - always a pleasure
Such a great location - not 10 minutes to the beach but so quiet and private. This unit had a screen porch which was wonderful. Even though our week was hot as heck, we really enjoyed having the porch for a drink in the dark. Loved our stay. Kitchen had everything you could need for simple cooking, furniture was clean and comfortable. Washer/dryer a plus! Folks say the shower is small, and I suppose it was - but we are both sort of skinny people so had not issue.

Cute little house
We enjoyed our long weekend, but since the listing said “lagoon view,” I was really disappointed that there isn’t. I guess that was copy/ pasted from another property. The house is decorated very cute. It was extremely clean. The only thing that wasn’t was the washing machine. It’s a front load and had a bunch of mold where the clothes go in. I tried to clean it so we could use it, but it’s been that way for some time and I couldn’t get all the mold off. So we just didn’t wash clothes. The bed is really soft, so for folks that need any support or firmness to their mattress may wake with back pain, as I did. We did enjoy the screen porch (no view) and short walk to the beach. Most everything you would need for a short stay was present. The TV in the living room had Netflix but apparently the TV in the bedroom does not. We love this area of Hilton Head and usually try to stay here.
