A big back deck overlooks 18th green of Fazio Golf course. Remodeled baths, huge great room with connected dining area, new appliances and flat screen TVs. All three bedrooms are upstairs and have remodeled bathrooms, primary suite has king sized bed (bathroom: walk-in shower), 2nd bedroom has one queen bed (Jack - N - Jill Bathroom: shower-tub combo) and 3rd bedroom as queen bed with trundle.
