Nice unit, convenient location

It is a nice clean updated unit. The Coligny public beach is just across the street and shopping and dining at Coligny plaza are equally close. We ended up not using our car much because there was enough to do within walking distance. We enjoyed using the pool and tennis courts. There is covered parking.

Beautiful Condo!

The location of this property is amazing! 1 block from all of the shops & restaurants in Coligny. And more importantly, 1 block from the playground and public beach access, which is perfect for those with young kids. Safe for toddlers and very thoughtful touches throughout the property. Each bedroom had a white noise machine and extra blankets. The rug in the living room was amazingly soft. We received a welcome package upon arrival and had no issues with checking in or out. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10.

223 Forest Beach Villa

Very nice 3 bedroom condo! Excellent location.. short walk to beach and Coligny! Enjoyed the pool and pickle ball court. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great condo close to the beach and Coligny plaza. Clean, well maintained unit with washer/dryer in unit, pool, tennis courts and the beach a 5 minute walk away. All linens and towels as well as beach towels & coozies supplied! Our family loved being so close to the beach with coffee shops, bars and restaurants, and shopping right around the circle from us. Don't miss the Tiki bar on the beach that is renovating after high season!

Great beach getaway!

This location is perfect for those looking to spend time at the beach. It’s a very short walk to the beach, the park, dining and local shops. It’s a lovely combination of hot sun and shaded walking/biking paths. The condo is beautifully decorated with lots of natural light and access to the private balcony. We had a fabulous week!

Perfect Vacation!

This property was perfect for our family. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We cannot say enough about how nice our accommodations were. It was clean, comfortable, and just an all around great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time in Hilton Head and it was a lovely experience. I had 4 teenagers with us and each one of them were able to find something they wanted to do. The beach is a 5 minute walk and so is the Coligny shopping plaza. We are likely to return to this area and possibly this rental. We had some difficulty with the company recommended for our bike rental. We did get to bike ride a good bit and that was also a lovely time.
