Great location, nice property

The property was perfect for our family with the 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The location is near so many fun places including shopping and restaurants and near Coligny Beach. We could walk there from this location which was nice. It was a great vacation and the whole experience from check in to check out was great!

Best villa in Springwood!

This is our third summer staying in Springwood. We love this location- it's close to Coligny and the beach to be walkable, but far enough away to enjoy peace and serenity. This is by far the most updated, well-stocked unit we have stayed. Beds were super comfortable, too. Communication from owner was top notch and we loved his guidebook. Even though we are from SC and go to HHI often, it always helps to have food and entertainment suggestions. Everything about the stay was great. Do not hesitate to book!

A spring break trip with my teenage son and friends. This is a nice condo with plenty of room and very convenient to Coligny plaza and the beach. Highly recommend this condo.

Stop off before Disney

Property was exactly as described and very clean. Had everything needed and was only minutes from entertainment, dining and the beach. We had a wonderful time and the host was great! Highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Hilton Head.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Condo itself was very clean, well appointed, comfortable and safe. Location was perfect to take advantage of all HH has to offer and exactly as described. Michael was a great host with great communication all around. We will definitely stay here again during a future trip.

Stop Looking and Book This Place

This property was perfect for us with everything we needed and then some! The kitchen is very well stocked, beds are comfortable, and the decor is so nice. It is located in Forrest Beach near Coligny Plaza within walking distance to shopping, fantastic restaurants, the beach, and so many things that we love to do. We rode bikes all week with no need to drive our car. Michael has created a guide to the area that he sends by email and a printed copy is available in the condo. The area is quiet and the neighbors are kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Accommodations!

My family and I had an amazing few days staying in Hilton Head at this property. The home was clean, bright and relaxing, as advertised. It was perfectly situated near shops, restaurants and the beach. Each bedroom had plenty of space and afforded us privacy as well. The host provided clear directions which made it so easy to get around. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Close to so many things!

The 6 of us, grands, parents, toddler and aunt, loved the convenience of this condo! It was near the beach, Coligny, a great playground, a turtle pond, and several pizza places! It was clean and comfy and had a great pool! Would definitely return!

Wonderful Location

We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. The condo accommodated our family of 7 adults and our 2 year old grandson. We walked or biked almost everywhere we went. Making Memories

Experienced a great family vacation ages 5 to 67. Arrived a couple hours earlier than check in and able to get in villa after a very long drive which was nice. The villa was just as described and very clean. Many choices from pool to beach, bicycle riding, and shopping. Would definitely consider staying at the villa in the future.

Perfect Stay on Hilton Head Island

This property was perfect! My wife, two daughters, sister, niece, and mom stayed in this beautiful Villa on a short trip to Hilton Head Island. The property was beautiful and Michael has everything well-laid out (instructions, recommendations, and accommodations). We had a wonderful stay with quick access to the Villa pool. This property is a walk (or short bike ride) from the beach and many restaurants and shops. Michael was very quick to respond and a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

Golden birthdays

We had a great time at the condo as it was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our kids golden birthdays. The condo was spacious and clean, the pool was perfect for our needs, and it was within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store. Having the storage closet full of beach accessories was also a great perk. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Hilton Head with their family!

Birthday Getaway

I did a girl's trip to Hilton Head for my birthday. We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was an easy commute to anywhere. The perfect location and Michael is an awesome host. Great communication throughout the process. The condo felt like home to us. It is decorated nicely, very clean, and spacious. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful Thanksgiving break!

We go every year to Hilton Head but this was our first stay in this apartment and location. The apartment is great. Comfortable beds and soft sheets, two floors, updated bathrooms and lots of space. We had a minor issue with the cleanliness, but Michael addressed it immediately with his cleaning crew! There were also plenty of beach toys and chairs to bring. And it’s so close to the beach and the great playground and children’s museum. This is definitely on top of our lists.

Really liked the place.

Everything was clean and set up nicely. The place is in a great location to the pool. The closet has more than enough beach chairs to take with you. The umbrellas are worthless because you can’t twist them in the sand. If you have a family that has a lot of things, I wouldn’t call it walking distance to the beach. Adults can walk and it would take about 15 min. I would stay here again if it was a little closer to the beach.
