Fun, fresh, and full of style—this oceanview condo is your perfect Hilton Head escape! Recently remodeled with a sleek kitchen featuring full-size stainless appliances and granite counters. Enjoy a bright open living space with a queen sleeper sofa and large smart TV, plus a comfy queen bed and second TV in the bedroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Just steps to the beach with WiFi, cable, and everything you need to relax and recharge!





Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.





Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.





As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!





Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Even though it’s a small 1 bedroom condo, it’s close to everything you want or need. Beach, restaurants, stores (including grocery), pool, watering holes, music, etc. great balcony with nice chairs to enjoy beach, sunrise and sunset.

Beautiful Condo/Great Location

Everything was exactly as described online. Perfect for a couple's retreat. Parking lot, elevator and unit location are very convenient. Balcony is a good size with excellent new patio furniture with a great view of the ocean. Beach is only a few minutes' walk from unit. Conveniently located to nearby Coligny Plaza. Excellent and quick communication with Kendall. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others,

Birthday Getaway

We drove to Hilton Head for my wife’s birthday weekend. The weather was great and we enjoyed our time on the beach and great food at the various restaurants. The condo was comfortable and location was a short walk through the dunes to the beach. Coligny Plaza was a short drive away. The temps were too hot to walk. Overall we had a very enjoyable four nights. The hosts were good regarding communication.

Very Nice Villa. Small but in good condition. Good Beach View. Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay here. 5 nights. Villa is as described. Recent renovations, new paint, etc. were nice. My wife is Very Demanding and Fussy and she gave this unit the thumbs up. Good view of the beach. Well appointed. Good Pool. Easy walking distance to Coligny Circle shops and restaurants and the beach there but far enough away to avoid the masses who invade the Coligny beach. Go to that beach if you want to be in a suffocating mob of people. Not our thing. We liked the beach in front of the villas. Busy but not over crowded. The villa is good for two people. We personally wouldn't go beyond that. Not much in the way of storage for clothes. No bureau, but we made do with using the bunk beds for our clothes. That said, we enjoyed the villa. Everything worked, Good Wi-Fi, (although we didn't use the TV's so I can't comment on that), it was comfortable, clean, and the deck had a good view of the beach and ocean. Beach chairs and boogie boards included. Would recommend.

It was perfect! We’d stay here again. Apt. Was clean, modern, and temperature was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. It’s right on the beach and super easy walk to Coligny and restaurants. Owner was extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with, with clear instructions on how to navigate property.
