    Amazing Stay!

    Everything was absolutely perfect! The house is huge, and accommodating. The beach was closer than the pictures could even detail and the pool was great! This place is perfect for a large family gathering!

    Best house on HHI

    Everything about this home and the rental company is top notch. We loved the ease of access to the beach and our kid loved it so much. Sunrise views from the balconies are to die for. Thanks for an amazing stay to start our summer!

    Amazing Place!

    This house has everything you need! Right on the beach, with a pool to greet you when you come home. This house has plenty of room for a large family/friends and was very well maintained. The appliances are basically all brand new and the furniture and bedding was very nice throughout. Besides the obvious (beach and pool in your back yard) the location is amazing, with plenty of options for grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and ice cream right down the street! This is a rare gem that I hope we get the opportunity to stay at again!

    Perfect for a group vacation

    Six unrelated couples stayed here together to celebrate milestone birthdays. The roominess of the house allowed for a very comfortable stay. The beach, pool and decks allowed us to enjoy the beautiful oceanfront area to the most. One of the things that bothered us was there was VERY FEW conveniences. We had to buy salt and pepper, for example. Also, the prior renters left a lot of damage sneakily hidden for us to deal with. That was very maddening! All-in-all, we had a great stay. Lastly, If you pay for the pool to be heated, make sure it really is heated.

    Beautiful Home in the Perfect Location

    We were a group of 10 sixtyish friends staying in the home for a week in February. The house interior is very lovely and the views from the house and the proximity to the beach are perfect! The beds were really comfortable and the hot water sufficient for each of us to shower. The newly remodeled kitchen is gorgeous but was lacking in some of the initial supplies we expected for large group in a large house. There was only one dish towel, a couple of garbage bags, etc. There were no spices including salt, and no storage containers or plastic storage bags. We bought our own supplies the next day, but the nearby grocery store was closed by the time we arrived due to late planes. The seating was ample with ten chairs around the dining table and several reclining chairs and a sofa in the living room. I don't mean to leave a review that discourages anyone because we all had a really special vacation in a beautiful house located on the beach.

    CAUTION: READ BEFORE BOOKING

    CAUTION: Arrived to what appeared to be a beautiful home only to find the remnants of the prior tenants debauchery. These serious issues were never addressed by the negligent property management company . The issues include: 1) broken glass and beer bottles all over the exterior (pool deck, outdoor deck, yard, boardwalk to beach); resulting in 4 members of our family with cuts and bleeding feet. 2) WE had to CLEAN beer bottles and cigarettes out of of the mirky pool and off the decks. 3) The spectacular view was fully obstructed by the broken mechanical black out blinds (unable to be raised manually) that covered all five floor to ceiling windows in the main living area, kitchen and dining room. 4) there were additional issues included broken windows, non-functioning fans and lights. Throughout our stay we contacted the inattentive property management company countless times to rectify the dangerous, inconvenient and unacceptable issues to no avail. At time of check out not a single issue has been rectifihed.
