141 Evian offers a luxury vacationing experience! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat has been completely renovated and features all new furnishings throughout. The open-concept floor plan provides an excellent space for entertaining, and the plush accommodations are sure to please.

The living area features a sleeper sofa, club chairs, a wall-mounted Smart TV and a decorative fireplace.* The dining area features seating for 6 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar, as well as access to the private patio overlooking the golf course.

The large kitchen has been meticulously outfitted with all you'll need to cook for your guests, as well as quartz counters, stainless appliances and custom cabinets.

The spacious main bedroom features a king bed, work space, Smart TV and a stunning private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The bright and airy guest bedroom features 2 twin beds, plenty of closet space, a Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Evian is one of Shipyard's most scenic settings and is an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the olympic-size pool is open seasonally and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.
