We loved it!

Thank you Sunset, we had a wonderful week in the villa. Everyone from the rental place was so accommodating, welcoming and so prompt with any questions, needs or issues we had. They went above and beyond to make certain we had everything we needed. (Not to mention a few last minute changes.) It is very cozy, it also has an amazing private back yard area with chairs and a fire pit and it’s just steps from the beach. Step outside the balcony of the main floor and the ocean is basically in your back yard. So beautiful . A couple of things to note, the home was built in the 1970’s I believe and could use some miner updates but nothing major. The staircases are narrow and if you have beach gear make sure you have a cart. They have a wonder place to rent them if needed. You will love it too!!

Disappointing Stay Despite a Good LocationWe recently stayed at this villa and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. While the location was nice and everything in the unit was technically functional, the property itself is in serious need of updates and renovation. The carpet was dirty, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. It felt neglected and was easily the dumpiest villa on the site.The backyard was especially concerning—dirty sand with visible trash like a Coke can and a plastic cup made it unsuitable for our kids to play in. It was just gross. We didn’t need to contact the property manager until the A/C went out in one of the bedrooms the day before we left. To their credit, they were responsive and allowed us a late checkout, which we appreciated.Overall, the villa had potential but fell short due to poor maintenance and lack of care. I hope the owners consider investing in some much-needed improvements.
