806 Ocean Cove is new to the vacation rental market in the fall of 2023! This beautifully outfitted 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom dog-friendly townhome offers guests plenty of space to spread out inside while enjoying water views from the private balcony in each room! The property is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach as well.

The stairfree 1st level features a comfortable living area, dining area and kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to cook a meal for your family. A private balcony and dock with grilling area can be accessed through sliding glass doors in the living area.

The guest bedroom on this level features a queen bed and a twin bed, as well as a flat screen TV, private bathroom and a patio with bistro set overlooking the lagoon.

The remaining two bedrooms, as well as a reading nook, are located on the 2nd level. The 2nd guest room features two full size beds, a flat screen TV, private bathroom and balcony. The spacious main bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom and balcony.

Please note: 1 well-behaved dog up to 80lbs allowed at an additional fee of $225 plus tax.

Ocean Cove Villas are located on the Palmetto Dunes inland waterway and across the street from beach access and the Dunes House Beach Club and Restaurant. The complex features a community pool and is within walking distance to the tennis center, three golf courses and the bike trails. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premiere beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. Palmetto Dunes is a secured community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
