My 17-year-old son and I came for someone on one time before he heads back to school. We enjoyed the condo. I only had one issue when I wrote our property manager about it they were very quick to handle it.

The condo was exactly as pictured. The only complaint I have is the beds. They were like sleeping on the floor but other than that, the place is in a great location and easy to access. Overall I would give it a 4/5 for cleanliness and that is only because the bathrooms could have been cleaner and the vents were disgusting.

It was absolutely beautiful. We was very pleased with the condo and the location. If you want to snorkel this isn't the place to go the water is more like lake water and they don't allow it. And they don't allow motorcycles which I didn't understand because everyone is on bicycles. So if you have a bicycle make sure to take it with you. This location didn't have many options for good seafood, not to my taste anyway. I had to drive an hour to get some good crap legs. I'm sorry I don't mean to sound like I had a bad experience because I didn't. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves the trees are beautiful and the alligators are thriving. Make sure to go to a grocery store before you get to the island.

The condo was great! Clean, 3rd floor location was perfect, appliances seemed pretty new and worked well, quite, secure. I would rent this condo again. But there were two problems, first sunset realty was missing in action. I arrived 3:00 pm on Sunday, office was locked, message on phone was not returned. I had to pay for day pass. Thanks to sea pines staff for helping me out. Second, hargray is still being used for tv. This system was used 20 years ago and it was antiquated and obsolete then. The tv in the living room was useless, only one Chanel was available and with no sound. Fortunately I could use my utubetv on my iPad. The owner should not be paying hargray anything.f
