With an array of shopping, dining, and entertainment options within the Sea Pines plantation, 1720 Bluff Villas will meet all of your needs and satisfy all the wants you didn’t even knew that you had.

The lush landscape view is visible the moment you enter into the pristine living room. The spacious living room is freshly decorated in reds and tans, with a splash of yellow on the walls. It features two sofas, one of which serves as a queen pull out, a cozy arm chair, and a mounted flat screen television with DVD.

Just off the living room is the galley- styled kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and elegant cabinetry.The breakfast bar with two bar chairs separates the kitchen from the bright dining room with seating for four. The balcony can be accessed from either the dining or living room and has a table with two matching chairs. This will be the ideal spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy the cool island breeze while sipping on a cocktail of your choice.

The expansive primary bedroom features a king- sized bed, a flat screen television, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Next to the primary bedroom is the guest bedroom, home to two twin-sized beds, a flat screen television, and its own bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms get plenty of sunshine and offers landscape views.

*Please note: Guests staying in 1720 Bluff Villas can access the South Beach Marina Pool. Guests will need to purchase pool passes. Please ask an associate to send you the link to register for pool access.*

Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week. The Bluff Villa complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs is required. 

Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, and a broad range of shops and restaurants that will please every vacationer.  All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
