“The cleaning staff was very kind and efficient. The servers at the pool restaurant were very responsive and helpful. We waited for a long time to be served at the breakfast restaurant, and the buffet was very expensive. The one gentleman preparing the omelettes was really talented, but he was alone with a very long line and no support. I recommend they create a self-serve waffle, stand for guests to make their waffles on their own rather than having to wait in line.”

“The staff were very welcoming when we arrived. They were friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. Our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job maintaining our room. The grounds felt very tropical and also well managed (no litter). Our beach view was wonderful.
HH Prime restaurant on the property was very good especially the breakfast buffet.
The hostess in the morning is a gem. She has a wonderful personality. The servers are great as well. The evening staff at the restaurant……

“Everything we needed was provided in the unit. It rained our entire trip, so having some indoor amenities at the property was good. Unit is right in front of the pool, so at times it was a bit noisy, but it didn’t take away from our experience. ”
