“No housekeeping for my three night stay. I was not informed that you had to ask for housekeeping. Covid has been gone for a long time. Rooms should be serviced daily like they use to be.
Breakfast eggs were not good. On one morning bacon and the tater totes containers were empty. A staff person came by checked and left they did not refill them and I did wait a few minutes to see if they would .”

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket?
I questioned her, And she changed……
