Room was great. Service was great. Hotel is under renovation , so whole first floor is closed. A very small breakfast and reception has been arranged on the second floor.

This hotel is under major renovation and the price for the room should reflect this. Very dirty lobby and hallways. They should close hotel until renovation is complete or offer reduced room rates.

While the property is currently undergoing renovations, our room was perfect and the breakfast was very good. The bed was super comfortable, the room spacious and everything was fresh and newly renovated. Staff were amazing - will stay again!

The room we stayed in was newly renovated and the bed was super comfortable. The only thing I found strange was the door allowed quite a bit of light in from the hallway, which also allowed for hallway noise to be a bit loud.

The staff was great however they don’t enforce rules. Very noisy with lots of kids running up and down the hallways at inconsiderate times. Constant construction up until midnight. Just an overall lack of care.

Even with the upper floors under construction the hotel was clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Kids had a great time in the pool. Room was surprisingly spacious. Overall a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back next time we’re planning a visit to the mountains.

Had a nice stay with my son. We enjoyed the pool and hot breakfast and the room was very comfy and clean . We were disappointed the pool was not open in the morning before we checked out and the excuse given by staff didn't seem to match the circumstances. Told pipe broke?! But looked like they just hadn't cleaned up , disappointed

Good morning Mindy, unfortunately we did have a pipe break in the basement that morning for the filtrations system of the the pool, so we had to keep the pool closed unfortunatley these things do happen and are out of our control and being a holiday it took the plumber a while to get in, I hope this doesn't keep you from booking at our property in the future. On main highway, staff was happy and helpful, I stayed in ,with kitchen so everything was clean and they pay attention to all small thing to make the stay comfortable. I happened to talk to Front desk staff , House keeping personal and evening front desk lady all were helpful and happy people.

Stayed in Kitchenette room with small kid, it is basically motel side of the hotel so condition was accordingly. Kitchen was too small with just basic utensils, carpet was too old and not so clean. Pool was good in the hotel side of area
