Nice hotel with a good complimentary breakfast. This was our second stay—our first visit was great. We wanted one room for 4 adults and 2 kids (since two adults are seniors), but booking through Expedia kept giving us two rooms. We booked as 2 adults and 2 kids, like last time, when it wasn’t a problem.
This time, though, the front desk called us right away while still walking to our room asking for extra charges for the additional adults. I was willing to pay, but the way it was handled felt abrupt and unfriendly. The hotel is still nice, but the customer service could be more understanding, especially for returning guests
