The hotel was modern and bright. The room was very spacious and design was well thought out - there was plenty of storage areas and hooks for towels, coats, etc. The sink in the washroom though was unusually high, so might be something to consider if you have young kids. We really enjoyed our short stay here and loved the location. So many dining/ shopping options nearby. Hotel breakfast does need improvement but nice to have available when you’re in a pinch in the morning.

Hotel was Nice and clean, but our room forcible entry lock (the little hook thing) was broken. It had the hook part, but there was nothing to hook it to.

Check in staff were great. Disappointed to learn that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations. This should have been advertised. We looked to book a facility with a hot tub available. No compensation was offered. Bed was comfy, room was large and had lots of amenities.

Hotel ist sehr praktisch für die durchreise, direkte Lage am Highway. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und sauber, aber auch sehr hellhörig insgesamt halt ein altes Gebäude bei dem eine Schallisolierung gut gewesen wäre. Frühstück ist in Ordnung und gibt’s im nebenan gelegenen Restaurant Tandoori Kona.

Que dire de plus que «magnifique » de la minute où l’on passe la porte d’entrée , un sourire accueillant et une ambiance chaleureuse et calme . Tout a été rénové, tout neuf , tout propre !! Certains diront que les mur sont en carton, que l’on entends du bruit, mais si les gens avaient tous un savoir vivre, ils ne parleraient pas fort dans les corridors, et fermerait les portes avec douceur, mais ça n’existe pas donc ….faut vivre avec ! Le petit déjeuner inclus est 7n plus, il est au restaurant juste à côté . Le service est impeccable, endroit parfait à moitié du prix de Jasper On a adoré nos 2 nuits à cet hôtel Merciiiii bien spéciale aux personnes au service d’accueil, jour, soir et la nuit ils sont d’un politesse et disponible pour nous aider .BRAVO

The staff was friendly, I was driving back to northern Alberta from Vancouver and was caught in accident so my arrival time was past the listed check in time, the front desk was accommodating when I called and upon arrival, he knew who I was which made it more personal.

The property is newly renovated and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative thing I could say was that they should let the guests know before hand that the pool is still under renovation and not after making the reservation. My kids were really disappointed that they could not swim

Hotel was clean, room was comfortable. Rooms are not quiet, people above us were extremely noisy and we could hear everything. Breakfast needs work, not many options and the cooked food wasn’t great.

When checking in was told there was no pool or hottub and person working said it showed everywhere on all the websites that were selling their hotel. I showed her on the app that no where on Expedia did it show no pool or hottub. When she saw it she oh well that’s too bad!!! Phuc this place
