I was mislead by the address . It was not an accurate location .
And I wasn’t informed that the studio was in a deep basement with many steps . It was hugely inconvenient . I left it after two days to a hotel .

The hardware is nice, location is perfect and generally staff were helpful. But housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Eg They never showed for turn down, and they ask you to order breakfast with the card but never provided a card. Some items (that are complimentary) were replenished whilst others were not. But overall a great hotel and I would stay here again.

"It's a nice place to stay. This was our 3rd visit. Unfortunately, a lot has changed since our last stay. It's now £10 each for the spa whether you pre-book, or not. It's a spa hotel, so this should be included in the price. The breakfast was different too. No hash browns, or fried eggs on a full ..."
