「Room was clean, but the Staff at the Front Desk were terrible. The room was not cleaned and stocked when we checked in. After we told them, they sent someone after multiple reminders to add basic amenities such as soap, shampoo etc. Even then, they forgot some things. Despite multiple calls to the Front Desk, there was no progress. We finally had to go down ourselves to get what we needed from the reception. No apology, nothing.. I would 100% not stay again. 」

「Le personnel est très accueillant, la chambre est petite, on voit qu’elle est rénovée, c’est pas « parfait » mais plus que convenable. Le plus: je ne sais pas si c’est un hasard mais aucun bruit dans l’hôtel ! Et très bon petit dej. Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Nous sommes allés au centre de Lyon en Tram, qui est à 10min de l hôtel à pied.」

「La chambre était impeccable - propre, spacieuse, douche nickel - malheureusement, c'était insupportable au niveau l'insonorisation. J'entendais les discussions de mes voisins au point d'en comprendre chaque mots... 」

「The room is clean & neat, with full kitchen that we can use for cooking (save much from eating out!) The young lady in reception is nice & helpful, proactively explaining the sightseeing point around the area, she also gave advices on the "dangerous" areas reminding us not to go alone at night... Though the people are off at weekend, and there is no cleaning service throughout. But provided with the cheap price, it's a nice one overall.」

「This was really a big surprise - friendly, helpful management and staff; super clean room; great price. Only downsides - the location is really in the middle of nowhere; there was some noise from the hot water pipes during the night. Otherwise, was expecting a small, dirty room for the price I was paying and got A LOT more.」
