"Great rebuilt and updated farm house. Roku TV, 4 power recliners, 2 comfy beds and a nice full bath. Property sits closest to Mosquito Resevoir but is also close to three othe large public lakes and within an hour drive of the charters east of Cleveland. If you get rained out a couple days like we did, check out "Past Times" - the BEST pinball and classic videogame arcade I've ever been to! Owner is super friendly and on the spot for whatever you need. 5 stars!"

"I attended a conference in Cleveland with 11 others; this was a perfect location. We had plenty of space in the house, with everyone having their own bed to sleep in. The three and a half bathrooms were plenty; amazingly, we never ran out of hot water. We were .25 of a mile from the transit train station that went downtown and only about four miles to local supermarkets. The neighborhood was well-established and quiet. We even had a couple of deer bedding down in the flowerbed beside the house."

"Our stay was perfect, our host Mary was so easy to communicate with and left us the best little Solar eclipse trove of Moon Pies and Sun Chips with a special boutique popcorn made for the solar eclipse event. The home was immaculately decorated in mid-century vibe, was extremely quiet, private and located close enough where we needed to be! Wonderful! 5 Stars across the board!"

"Rented this place over Christmas holiday for for extended family to stay while in the area visiting parents. Very clean, newly renovated, lots of room, sleeps 8. In a great location close to groceries, shopping, national park, Hudson, Peninsula, Kent, Akron. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in town."

"We were in town for our sons graduation at Kent State. This was an ideal property and location for our family. We were able to walk to the ceremony and didn’t need the hassle of parking or crowds. The property was clean and spacious as well, highly recommend this home."

"Jazz was a good host, responsive to my questions. The outdoor furniture was not set up as shown in the pictures but it was early April, and Jazz brought out the gas grill when I asked. His home is convenient to the highway and a great place from which to view the eclipse. There were rules, such as no pets, no shoes in the home, and stripping the beds I haven’t had to do in other rentals but overall it was a great place to stay."
