"The hotel is near the south west exit of Ikebukuro station. The rooms were clean and comfortable with the only glitch is that the thermostat in the room is only in Japanese, so use Google translate to set it. The staff is friendly and helpful. My second stay here. "

"I very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel as they provided a lot of baby necessities. Baby crib, chair, bottle, bottle cleaner, even baby slippers and toiletries. The housekeeping was beyond expectation and the in-room dining was quick and delicious. We also got free self-parking from Expedia which was a boon. Overall, recommended for families with infants but make sure to arrange transportation beforehand as it's not so close from subway."

"Room was great, the staff is amazing, and the breakfast was my absolute favorite part. Many of the staff speak English, and the hotel is right near a train station and convenience stores. Literally 0 complaints about the entire experience, except that the gym is very sparse. Otherwise it’s an amazing place to stay!"
