Located in a friendly peaceful environment, that is 5 mins walk from the nearest streetcar station. Can accommodate maximum of 6 people. With complete facilities : Living, bed, kitchen, separate toilet & bath room. Room wifi for your internet connection. Washing machine comes with free laundry detergent. toiletries are provided for your comfortable stay.
My apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

Other Things to Note:
All the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English labels on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, and futon mat, these are real Japanese style, and it's super simple you can set it up in 2 mins.
In my apartment, I offer 1 heater, plus each room comes with air-conditioning unit which has dual functions for both heating and cooling.
To guarantee the best comfortable temperature during your stay.
Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation, and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.
So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app. For any questions and clarifications regarding this important matter, please contact customer service.
