この料金でこの広さは、小さい子供がいる家族には他と比べようがないほど良い。朝食付きは大変助かる。簡易な朝食だけど、故に後片付けも楽。部屋は広く備品も充実。ただし部屋の広さに比してテレビが小さい。ベランダに灰皿があって助かった。リビングのカーペットとソファのクッション、ベランダのスリッパがベタベタで気持ち悪かったので使いませんでした。ロケーションは文句なし。コインパーキングは近くにたくさんあるし、平和公園が近く散歩もしやすい。飲食店も周囲にたくさんある。最近まで近くにあったコンビニがなくなって少し不便になったことくらいしかロケーションに関する不満点はない。
