コンパクトなホテルですが広島駅からのアクセスがとても良く、朝食込みでいまのご時世に大変オトクな値段で宿泊できるホテルです。しかもその朝食がとても美味しいうえに広島のローカルフードを堪能できる内容です。日本酒も置いてありますので、お好きな方には朝から楽しめる素敵なホテルです。

２日連続エレベーターが故障して6階まで非常階段を昇降しました。１日目は仕方ないとしても２日目も故障、1台しかエレベーターは無いのですから１日目の故障時の業者・ホテル側の対応に問題ありと思いました。故障原因にもよると思いますが業者に復旧後も待機させるような対応をして欲しかったです。非常階段を使用しましたが特にスタッフがいる訳ではなく安全面の配慮にも問題あると感じました。宿泊客の中には身体・体力など個人差もありますのでそのあたりまでホテル側は考えて対応すべき状況でした。機械が壊れるのは仕方のないことです、重要なのはその後の対応ですよね。

壁が薄いので、廊下での声が全て聞こえる。23:00過ぎに寝ていたら「お疲れ様でしたー」と数人の客の大声。びっくりして起きてしまった。　近くの部屋の人のカップ麺の様な匂いがずっとしてた。 場所とウェルカムドリンクとデザートはすごく良かった。
