"Connecting rooms were great for the 4 of us, rooms are very compact but enough space for a family. The auto check in is timely and would be easier with staff especially at 3 when everyone is trying to check in at the same time. "

Central and close to all the sights we intended to visit, and very close to the train station. The best accommodation we have had so far on our 3 week Japan holiday. Would definitely book again. "Clean, good sized rooms and helpful, friendly staff. Excellent location close to the Peace Memorial Museum. Walkable distance from the Hiroshima Bus Centre if the weather is good. Bit of a distance from the main train station but easily reachable by tram or bus (be careful if you have big bags and it's rush hour!). Easy to reach Miyajima from here. My single minor complaint is the two busy elevators and a total lack of access to the stairs. Getting out or returning to the room could take a very long time if many other guests were coming and going at the same time. Otherwise, a wonderful stay and I'd gladly choose this location again."

"This hotel is excellent. It has an odd reception located on the 14th floor, with the ground floor being taken up by a restaurant (which smelled amazing each time we went past). The hotel has a bar on the 14th floor where you can sit outside and look at the Hiroshima skyline. The bar served excellent drinks, even though one male bartender had a bit of an attitude. A quick word with him put him in check for the rest of the night. This hotel is well worth the rate. Although I did not try the restaurant in the first floor (mostly because we wanted to eat Hiroshima Okonomiyaki), it smelled amazing and next time will try it. The staff at the hotel are also helpful and polite. This hotel has a unique checkout system where you simply drop your room key into a brass box in the elevator. Very convenient. "
