"Hotel central to the West End of Aberdeen only a short walk from the centre. Staff were excellent, professional and friendly always willing to help. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of both hot and cold offerings. Would certainly use this hotel again when I’m in Aberdeen."

"The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. My biggest disappointments were how much the hotel breakfast was……its not wort it. Also the fact that nobody serviced my room during my stay? If you are charging premium prices, you need to up your game. "

"Room was not clean, coke bottle under bed, clearly not vacuumed. Bed was hard and lumpy. Bathroom mirror unwashed. Door had no safety lock. It was inexpensive and served the purpose but I can’t recommend. "

Shower water pressure was abysmal and took several minutes to run hot. Staff were unable to find enough pillows for 2 people to sleep in a double room. "
