But what really won me over was the location; you're right in the middle of Alsancak, one of the most vibrant parts of the city. Perfect base for exploring İzmir. Would 100% stay again."

"Cool concept and very modern hotel, but if you happen to get a room on the back it’s very noisy from the freeway underneath. In addition, the gym has no free weights, no mats, no privacy and is very hot with only three cardio machines and another piece of equipment with limited effectiveness. Breakfast isn’t included like all the other hotels we stayed at during our two week visit. And finally, the shower pressure was quite low. "

"This hotel deserves better management!
*we came to hotel by car from another city, we found the entrance of the building by navigation, it was during the rush hours and finally when we came, we saw a big construction area written that "sorry we are renewing our lobby area"! so then what? there is no sign, no employee! we started to turn around the building and streets and lucky found the entrance to hotel trough their convention center. I inform the chek-in employee that it was problem for me, they should inform their customers before check in ; he replied "I will transfer your complain to management" that's all !
Other issue was extra bed they brought to room! it was not ready when we came to room and it was the oldest and worst extra bed ever. my son couldn't sleep there and we had to share the king bed 3 of us. And when I informed them of course the answer was "we will transfer your complain to management" Again no "sorry "
the only star goes to the Italian restaurant in the hotel. it was amazing! but hotel it self was not even close to 5 stars except the location and building. "

"The staff is warm and will help you with just about anything. It’s quiet and the rooms are spacious. House keeping is amazing even when I left my room late in the day they always cleaned my room. The breakfast has something for everyone. I will definitely return. "
