「Spacious apartment at the top of one of the beautiful winding pathways from the main boat terminal . Location couldn’t be better. French press and another coffee machine for use. In-room Washing machine for your dirty clothes and a big balcony to dry them like the locals. Staff is super helpful, you can reach them after hours on WhatsApp and they respond quickly. Highly recommend for a family of 3」

Check in was reasonably friendly but we had communication issues about the restricted garage height despite letting them know ahead of time we had a roof box. The flat was not in the main building and was a 5th floor walk up. One person in our party struggled with the stairs. It would have been nice to mention this at booking. 「This was right in the town and perfect for walking. There is a bar outside the apartment that can get quite loud but only until Midnight so don't worry, the location makes up for that. Make sure you get clear instructions on the front na apartment door locks because it was tricky- especially after a few Spritz's The view is much better than the photos show and it is very spacious. Highly recommend!」

「Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you.」

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

They can pick you up and drop off anytime from either the train station or the ferry pier ! 「Beautiful hotel with a courteous staff and wonderful spa. However, the pool is just average and the beach club, which is very nice, is located 3/8 mile from the hotel with no discount for hotel guests. Also note that the ferry times at night from Bellaghio and Verrena are limited after 7:00 PM」
